How to report an issue with Maplify's content or mapping, and what happens next.
We welcome reports of:
Contact us via the Contact page with the page URL, a description of the issue and, where relevant, a link to the correct source information.
We review reports against the original source data or current guidance. Where a genuine error is confirmed, we aim to correct it and note the update date on the affected page. Where the issue lies in the underlying source dataset rather than Maplify's own content, we will explain this and, where possible, flag it to the source authority.
We don't control source data
Maplify displays data published by third-party authorities such as HM Land Registry and the Environment Agency. We can correct how we process or display that data, but we cannot alter the underlying source dataset itself.
