Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of your billing period with no penalties.
Can I try before I subscribe to Professional?
The Free plan gives full access to all 265+ data layers with a monthly allowance of search credits, so you can fully evaluate the platform before subscribing to Professional.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes, annual billing is available with a 20% discount, shown automatically when you toggle "Annual" above.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and bank transfers for Enterprise plans.
What counts as a "search"?
A search credit is used each time you look up a property or site. If you don’t want a monthly membership, you can top up with a one-time search credit pack instead.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-month?
You can keep going by topping up with a one-time search credit pack at any time — purchased credits never expire and are used after your monthly allowance runs out. Your monthly allowance then resets automatically at the start of your next billing period.
Do all plans include the same 265+ data layers?
Yes — all data layers are available on every plan. The difference is professional tools, saved searches, and AI-generated reports.
Is there a minimum seat count for Enterprise?
No. Enterprise scales from small specialist teams to large organisations, with per-seat pricing and volume licensing tailored to your usage and headcount.
Does Maplify offer SSO and an API?
