If you’re a landowner checking your own boundary, a self-builder researching a plot, or a student learning about planning constraints, the Free plan is all you need. There’s no credit card required and no time limit — it stays free forever.
Who Professional is for
Professional is built for practising property professionals who run site appraisals regularly — planning consultants, surveyors, developers, architects and conveyancers. All signed-in members get unlimited Planning Co-Pilot questions; at £29 per user per month Professional adds 100 searches, 5 Parcel Passports per month, unlimited saved sites, AI Site Feasibility Reports, and full PDF and data exports for client deliverables.
If you produce professional reports, need historic imagery, advanced drawing tools or planning application exports, Professional removes the limits that slow you down on Free. It’s a single-seat plan — for shared workspaces and team collaboration, see Enterprise below.
For teams and higher-volume users
Enterprise is for organisations that need multiple seats, shared workspaces and integrations — housing associations, local authorities, housebuilders, planning consultancies and corporate land teams. It includes everything in Professional plus unlimited Parcel Passports, role-based permissions, audit logs, white-label report branding, API access, SSO and a dedicated account manager.
Pricing is tailored to your headcount and search volume. If you need more than 100 searches per month, multiple users on the same projects, or compliance features like SSO and audit trails, talk to us about an Enterprise plan.

Common pricing questions
Is Maplify really free to start?
Yes. You can generate one Parcel Passport per month before signing up. The Free plan also includes 1 Parcel Passport per month, 5 searches per month, access to all 265+ data layers and unlimited Planning Co-Pilot questions after sign-up, with no credit card required. Professional includes 5 Parcel Passports per month, while Enterprise includes unlimited Parcel Passports.
Do all plans include the same 265+ data layers?
Yes — all 265+ official UK data layers are available on every plan. The difference is the number of searches, saved sites, professional tools, AI-generated reports and team features.
What counts as a "search"?
A search credit is used each time you look up a property or site. If you don’t want a monthly membership, you can top up with a one-time search credit pack instead.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-month?
You can keep going by topping up with a one-time search credit pack at any time — purchased credits never expire and are used after your monthly allowance runs out. Your monthly allowance then resets automatically at the start of your next billing period.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of your billing period with no penalties.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes, annual billing is available for Professional and Enterprise plans. Contact us for annual pricing and volume discounts.
What payment methods do you accept?
Professional subscriptions are set up securely by Direct Debit through GoCardless. One-off reports, plans and credit packs can be paid by card through Stripe. Enterprise plans can also pay by bank transfer.
Is there a minimum seat count for Enterprise?
No. Enterprise scales from small specialist teams to large organisations, with per-seat pricing and volume licensing tailored to your usage and headcount.
Does Maplify offer SSO and an API?
Yes — Enterprise includes SAML / OIDC single sign-on, audit logging, API access and bespoke data integrations so Maplify fits within your existing toolchain.
Can I buy one-off reports without a subscription?
Yes. Flood Risk Reports (£24.99), Planning Constraints Reports (£24.99) and Planning Applications Reports (£9.99) are available as one-off purchases — no subscription needed.
