Which parts of the UK Maplify's map layers, planning data and Land Registry search currently cover, and where coverage is more limited.
Maplify is built primarily on England-wide datasets published by HM Land Registry, the Environment Agency, Natural England, Historic England and individual local planning authorities. Coverage varies by nation as set out below.

Even within England, some layers depend on individual local authorities publishing their own data — for example Article 4 Directions and Local Plan allocations — so availability can vary slightly by area. Each data layer page states its specific coverage, publisher and licence.

Will Maplify add Scotland and Northern Ireland coverage?
We're evaluating additional nations for future coverage. Scotland and Northern Ireland use entirely separate land registration and planning systems, so this would be a substantial addition rather than a simple extension.
Why does Wales have partial rather than full coverage?
Wales shares HM Land Registry and core UK-wide environmental datasets with England, but has its own distinct planning policy framework, so some England-specific designations do not apply there.
How do I know if a specific layer covers my area?
Each data layer page states its specific coverage, publisher and licence — check the relevant layer page for the designation you're interested in.
