What are your support hours?

Our support team responds to enquiries submitted via the Contact page during UK business hours, typically within one working day.

Do you offer support by phone?

Support is currently handled by email via our Contact form, which lets us route your query to the right team quickly.

Do I need an account to use the map?

You can explore the map layers without an account, but creating a free account lets you save sites to your Dashboard and generate reports.

How do I save a map view?

Click "Save" in the top toolbar while viewing the map. Your view, including location, zoom and active layers, is saved to your Dashboard.
