The Dashboard turns every site you save from the map into a tracked project — with pipeline stages, tasks, contacts, financials, due-diligence checklists and documents, all in one place.
A live snapshot of your whole pipeline — how many sites sit in each stage, plus every overdue and upcoming next action across your portfolio.
Drag sites between stages — Sourced, Under Review, Contacted, Negotiating, Under Offer, Completed — so everyone can see where each deal stands.
Every open "next action" across every project in one sortable list, so you can work through your day without opening each project individually.
A per-project checklist of the searches and checks needed before you commit, tracked stage by stage.
Landowner and selling agent/solicitor names, phone numbers and emails stored against each project, so nothing lives only in someone's inbox.
Track asking price, your current offer and internal budget per site, with an instant over/under-budget indicator.
Attach contracts, search results and reports to a project so the full paper trail is kept in one place.
On the map, use the Draw tool to trace a site boundary — polygon, rectangle or circle.
Click the save icon on the shape's label to create a project. Maplify captures a snapshot of the site's intelligence data automatically.
Open Dashboard from the header, or the Projects tab in the map's bottom pane, to see the new project.
Set the project's pipeline stage (e.g. Sourced or Under Review) and add a next action with a due date.
Open the project to add landowner and agent contact details, asking price, offer price and budget.
Tick off due-diligence checklist items as you complete searches and checks.
Attach contracts, search results or reports as documents so everything is kept together.
Check the Overview tab each morning for overdue and upcoming actions, and use My Tasks to work through your open actions across every project.
Drag the project across pipeline stages as it progresses, through to Completed.
What is the Maplify Dashboard?
It is your land acquisition pipeline hub — every site you save from the map becomes a project you can track from first discovery through contacts, financials, due diligence and documents, right up to completion.
How do I add a site to my Dashboard?
Draw a boundary on the map, then click the save icon on the shape's label. This creates a project with a snapshot of the site's intelligence data, ready to manage in the Dashboard.
What are pipeline stages?
Sourced, Under Review, Contacted, Negotiating, Under Offer and Completed — six stages that represent a typical land acquisition journey. Drag a project between stages on the Kanban board, or change it from the project detail view.
Can multiple people use one Dashboard?
Each user manages their own Dashboard of saved projects today — sharing a pipeline across a team is not yet supported.
Is the Dashboard free to use?
Yes, saving projects and using the Dashboard is included with your Maplify account.
Save your first site from the map and see it appear in your Dashboard.
